Daniela Ministry

The mission of Daniela Ministry is to meet the spiritual and physical needs of the street children and desperately poor families in the country of Romania.

Daniela Ministry, with the help of individual sponsors and churches in the United States, has been able to distribute food, warm winter clothes and shoes for many children and coordinate regular Bible studies and spiritual guidance for these children.

This ministry began with the work of missionaries who sought out homeless children and orphans choosing to live on the streets instead of the state-run orphanages. With the help of local Christians in Romania, the organization's founder, Niculina Bistriceanu, was able to start a regular schedule of providing meals and clothing to these children.

Currently Daniela Ministry seeks to provide meals, clothing, showers, laundry facilities, and Bible lessons for the children of Petroaia, a small Gypsy village in southern Romania.  This ministry also helps poor families by providing clothing, blankets, shoes, and food staples.
