New Beginnings

After moving from Idaho to Romania in 1999, Shawn and Denise Hubbs were successful in establishing the legal framework for ministry to orphaned and abandoned in Romania by forming a Non-Governmental Organization called Asociatia Inceputuri Noi (New Beginnings). Through this NGO they began working with the Romanian government to bring children out of the old institutional orphanages and into loving family settings.

New Beginnings directly supports an ever growing number of Romanian orphans. Through its network of "Family Centers" and Christian foster care, New Beginnings provides formally abandoned children with love, care, and emotional and spiritual development.

Since its formation, a team of like-minded Romanian and American believers have joined the New Beginnings team. As the needs and opportunities continue to expand please join the team through prayer in seeking God's direction and provision for the workers and resources necessary to meet these challenges.
